    Excellent location, cozy room with a lovely bed. Delicious breakfast.

    For a hotel of this level it was sad to see thick layers of dust on the ceiling next to the lamp in the toilet.

    Top-class and overall clean place, extraordinary service-minded and genuinely helpful staff when we had an issue with the breakfast the manager sorted it out. Convenient and ideal location for Bern, near other restaurants in Bern and the train station and shopping.

    A true luxury and extremely convenient hotel with very efficient employees at the reception desk. Brand-new room, perfect beds and luxurious bathroom. Marvellous view of town and rich and marvellous breakfast. Easy check-in, parking on site. By the way, parking fee - usd 57 per day.

    Excellent location and within walking distance from everything in the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mini-bar was loaded with complimentary items, so much so that we could not take advantage of all in the two days we were there. Valet parking was very efficient. Each time the car was brought around, we were offered complimentary bottled water for our journey. Overall, an a+ on this Hotel. Definitely the best Bern has to offer!!

    The spa was not completed, at the time of our stay. We were under the impression that the remodeling had been completed. When one considers a price of 650 chf per night, plus 40 chf for parking, a spa is expected. We should have been provided a refund on the value of the spa. Although we do not smoke, for those who do, the smoking/cigar lounge is also not yet available.

    This hotel suits me perfectly, with great amenities like 24-hour reception, fitness center, and a wonderful bar area. The staff once helped me find my lost necklace, which I'll always remember. Highly recommend!

    Perfect location close to the Railway station. The hotel has been renovated recently and everything was in mint condition. The room was spacious and comfortable. The personnel was in general very young and friendly.

    The price was quite expensive, and didn't include the breakfast. Quite astonishing, I must say. In addition 40 chf for a day's parking is on the heavy side, I believe. The temperature was far too high, and it was impossible to regulate the air condition system for a temperature lower than 20 degrees. In fact however, the temperature appeared considerably higher. Strange and a pity, since it destroyed my sleep. You could of course open a window, but then you would not benefit from the excellent isolation against the noise outside.

    The hotel is beautifully decorated, with elegant Art Nouveau style with oversized orchids and Murano glass installations. Its central location makes it easy for seniors to explore Bern without the hassle of transport.

    I mostly liked the good quality of the interior designing, the comfort, the free services included in the room package and the spacious rooms.

    Should be more flexible with the checkout timings, it is quite common in all the hotels to have late checkout like 2 or 3 pm.

    Everything!! Location - short walk from the main train station, right in the middle of the shopping district and close to the government buildings. Helpful, efficient, friendly, smiling staff, from the reception team to the chambermaids and even the electrician in the hallway. Fantastic level of maintenance, everything works well, in-room facilities include all one could wish for and all state-of-the art high-tech. Great bath&shower room! Good gym and spa. I was in a De-lux single that was bigger then many doubles I stayed in all over the world. Bottom line - if you can afford it try it. You will not be disappointed.
